Pull the map sensor and clean it or replace it if it's too plugged to clean. If it's clogged it will sense low boost while the boost is actually there so the ECM will only fuel for the boost it senses at the MAP. While you are there do the IAT sensor as well.

Geeze dude, you just gave the finger to one of the more knowledgable people I have seen around here. He wasn't being condescending or anything, just asking why you were assuming you have boost problems. I do hope you get your problem fixed but it will help if you take the chip off your shoulder and put it in your pocket. The admins around here keep a close eye out for jerks and escort them to the door so when you get a response you can be 99% sure it wasn't someone being condescending, it is just hard to hear tone / attitude over a neutral communications medium like an Internet forum.

I had a similar problem but I had a gauge to verify I was losing boost. I was only getting around 12 lbs. of boost at WOT and had the same feeling as you. What I eventually found was the turbo boot on the bottom right side next to the A/C pressure sensor was passing air under the boot even with the clamp tight. My temp solution was to loosen the clamps and rotate the boot 180 degrees and retighten the clamps. Power was back. verified by the gauge. I am not saying you need the gauges for this, just saying I had the very same issue and it was a boot and the boot looked fine and was tight and leaked anyway. The way I found it was to put my hand right next to the boot on the metal pipe and rev it and let off quick and that is when I would feel a puff of air from under the boot. Even with the gauges it was a bear to find!

I just noticed it has been a week since he last posted, I hope he did not get the aforementioned "Escort".
