Trouble shooting help?

Yesterday my truck died on me but restarted right back up. Thought that was odd since it never did it before. This morning on the way to work the check engine light comes on. After work I experienced my first hard start in the 13 months I've had the truck. Normally it fires right up. After start up it stumbled and I experienced a dead pedal then it died and fired right back up again. While running, I noticed that the tach was pegged down at zero on a few occasions. I just read about the key trick for the code and tried it, resulting in the 1693 code. The truck is not my daily driver and after getting back from my last trip in late October I filled up with fuel figuring it would sit for a while and added a can of Sea Foam. Could it be a summer blend fuel with todays low temps of about 38*? The only other thing I have done different was last week I added a 32 oz bottle of 2 cycle oil as a lubricant while the tank was still 7/8's full. About 700 miles/5 months back I installed the FP gauge and put in a new fuel filter while I had the canister empty, so the filter is relatively fresh. Fuel pressure has stayed consistent at 9 psi /idle and 6-7 psi just driving around town. Has the in tank pump.

Any ideas??

Thanks.
