Ok. It's getting to be time for me to changed my transmission fluid...
It is the manual 5 speed... What weight of fluid do I use?
And how much...???

4 quarts. The OEM fluid is Castrol Syntorq LT, which is a 75W-85 GL-4 gear lube. Big bucks from a dealer.
A 50/50 mix of Redline MTL/MT-90 synthetic GL-4 manual transmission lube works well in this transmission. Redline should be $8 a quart or less. It's compatible with the yellow metals and contains the proper coefficient of friction for synchro function. MTL is a 70W-80, and MT-90 is a 75W-90. Redline recommends the mix to get the desired viscosity.
