mike i had mine flushed @ about 60k or so and switched to amsoil and have had no problems. i have to work it to get it up to 145 deg. ;D

When you had it flushed, did they put the amsoil in the tank to fill your trans up, or did you just drain it afterward and add amsoil?

we got the full meal deal.a buddy had his done at the same time so they set the machine up to do it and gave us the left over fluid and a 30$ break. ;D

Max drained here with loosening the v/b bolts has been 11.5 qt w/stock pan.
10 1/4" bolts - loosen no more than 3 turns - retorque in a crossing pattern to 89-100 in/lb.
Remember to have a filter service kit. Comes with filter and gasket.
Amsoil in a few trucks 'round here
