Trans shifting
Just noticed my truck is doing a goofy shifting backn forth at 20 - 25 mph.
it only happens when creeping along in traffic, very annoying
what could this be, do i need to adjust my trans pressures? Maybe the kick down cable?

It is probably the torque Convertor Locking and Unlocking. It happens because of electrical noise on some of the Trans wiring. You can buy a new shielded harness and that should fix. Some people just wrap it in aluminum foil and have had good luck doing so.
