Tranfer pump power
MY 2001 would not start one morning, Its now been setting about a year. So far I have installed a new VP44 and a FASS filter system. It still won't start.
It looks like I am not getting power to the Fass Pump. It's my understanding that if you bump the key to the start position; the pump should run for about 25 seconds. Changed the relay and still no power. Anyone have a suggestion as to what else to check?

you can always run you own power wire with a relay to the FASS setup off the ignition that way you know you have the right voltage. I believe the PCM has output for the fuel pump could be wrong tho.

Try running jumper wires to the FASS directly from the battery to see if it runs. If yes, track down the power problem that runs it but at least you will know what is the reason for the truck not starting.
