Torque converter

So I'll be putting a new converter in my rebuilt transmission. Hopefully the last time since I put billet parts in. Wondering what stall would be best and would you get a 3 or 4 disc? Converter will be from Goerends. Thanks!

Personally I would call Dave Goerend and have him set it up based upon what you tell him you do with it.

He has done so many that he has a huge amount of experience.......
