thumping while braking

First post but been reading for months.

When braking at low speeds I hear a thumping / popping sound.
The front has new rotors and pads the back has turned rotors and new pads
the bearings and steering components feel tight and it stops great.
maybe an abs deal ???

any ideas would be greatly appreciated

thanks

Take apart and back together again , sounds like something didn't get tight or something , check runout with magnetic based dial indicator , fill in signature , truck info , easyer to help if we know what you have .

Does it happen when you are coming to a complete stop only or anytime you are braking?
