Testing VP-44???
Is it possible to test a VP-44 with out installing it?
I found a used one on KSL classifieds (kinda like craigs list) for $300, so I snached it up. The guy I bought it from said it worked fine, he just upgraded to a hot rod from industrial injection.
Now mine is to the point that when I drive for more than 15 minutes the engine pulses bad enough that it's not even fun to drive. Thanks in advance.

Could take to pump builder and put on his test stand. I'm sure he would be less than generous in advising how bad it is. The only alternative is mount on engine and try.
