Well the other day my truck started stuttering when I shift from second gear to third and then after fourth-sixth its seems fine. I have suspected my clutch for some time now and I think its finally starting to chatter. I have pulled codes too no end and cant make it give me any on a reader or the key trick. My fuel pressure is a solid 12 at idle and no lower than 6 hard on it which is the normal range. So is there any thing else I should look at before I get into the clutch? I had the oil changed and the mechanic said he thought it was clutch because you have to mash the pedal down to the fire wall to get it in gear. The pedal does feel a little softer and the reservoir and the master cylinder are both full. Would a failing apps cause this or would it just go to idle.
