Speedo acting up

I noticed driving home from work tonight that my speedo was all over the place. While trying to hold at 50km/h it jumps up to 90km/h and down to 20km/h, and everywhere in between. The truck otherwise seems to drive normal. No other guages seem to be affected. I had this problem about two weeks ago, but i figured it was a wet connection after i had used a power washer to clean the front of the engine compartment. Tonight before leaving the shop, i cleaned my battery posts(i reset the apps while doing this), and changed the oil in the rear diff. My ABS light has been on for about a year. I have changed the front left abs/speed sensor and the RWSS. I first noticed this problem like i said two weeks ago when using the cruise control. It would surge and try to run away on me. Then the Cruise would cut out and the speedo would act all sporadic. Any thoughts?

So far i have cleaned and adjusted my battery post clamps, Tested the RWSS (i think its good). I have used the odometer trick to let the computer self test the guages(they seem ok). I have checked the connections from the overhead display and everything looks good there. I checked all the ground wires i could find and they look good. I'm stumped

ok scratch that last post, i double checked everything that i did. I'm kinda embarassed but it would seem that i forgot to plug the RWSS back in after i checked it. Speedo works fine so far.
