simple way to adjust clutch?

does anyone have a simple way to adjust clutch on a '99 manual 6 spe for a person not very mechanically inclined?

welcome to DTR. If your clutch is slipping, there's no adjustment. If your clutch won't release your hyd. slave/master cyl. needs to be replaced.

Where is the slave cylinder--Ive never looked for it--

..... stix, your kidding right? If not it's on the bellhousing. Where's that you ask? Its
the aluminum peice that connects the transmission and the motor. P.S. thats under the truck
