Replaced TPS & she still shutters.........
Ok I been having trouble with my tranny shuttering lately between 45-55 while easing on the throttle. I assumed it was a issue with my freshly rebuilt 47RE so I went back to the tranny shop and had them look at it and scan it and he came up with a code of TPS voltage too low. So i got to searching and found out how to reset it which only fixed my problem for about 2 weeks and it started back up again. Well then the other night i was driving and as I turned a corner and got back on the throttle the truck fell on its face and had no throttle response, so I let it coast a little ways and got back on itn and it responded, then that was followed by the CEL showing up. So i checked the codes and came up with P1693-some companion code, P0121-TPS voltage too low(i think), & P0237- turbo boost sensor votage low. So I went to my local dealership and purchased a new TPS from them. I know I know I could of got one ALOT cheaper from Geno's garage or from Timbo, but I didnt know that before so ill know next time. Anyways I replaced it and went driving and it still has the dam shutter just not near as bad as before!!! And another thing, I did have a BD boost fooler installed in line with my Edge EZ and thats real close to when all this crap started happening so needless to say I removed the boost fooler and its in the trash. Now my ?'s are what could be causing these issues and what can i do to try to fix this??? Im almost to the point of giving up and taking it to Delco Diesel and having them fix her for me. HELP!!!!!

Check the rest of the grounds, one by drivers side frame under battery, blk wire with tan stripe that goes to passenger battery(chk connection also there), ground on firewall passenger side and a few more i believe

I had the same shuttering w/ my '99. Did all the "fixes" shared by those on this site. Great advice, just didn't work for my truck. Then broke an oil line to the transmission, had it repaired and the transmission shop filled it back up with the ATF +4 fluid. That solved our shutter problem, approx. 10,000 miles ago, and hasn't shuttered since. I know your frustration, try changing the fluid.
