Replaced Lift Pump at 25k miles
Two weeks ago I replaced the lift pump. WIth the TST Powermax on 0, I was getting 13 to 14 at idle, down toward 1 to 2 psi WOT, around town at around 10. With the TST powermax on level 4, 13 idle, 0 WOT. Now with the new lift pump (haven't really driven it until this weekend), TST box on 0...15 idle, about 6 WOT, 13 on the highway. TST box on level 4, 15 idle, about 4 WOT, and 13 on the highway. Granted I need to replace the fuel filter but is this about right? Or do you think there may be another issue?

I think you are well past stock fuel delivery keeping things happy. Most everything that I have read and heard says that any pressure below 8 psi is not good, especially if sustained at that level.
Preparing for some future upgrades, I have installed the Wildcat Max Flow System and replaced the Carter LP with a Holley Blue back by the tank. I am currently getting unreal pressures across the board.
I would encourage you to look at some of the non-stock alternatives out there.
