Pulled codes need help

Pulled codes need help
Pulled 6 codes on a 2000 2wd dually. We just bought the truck and it has a lot of Banks stuff on it. Has a Banks big hoss level 3.
Truck has pyro and boost guages.
Codes:
P0336 Crankshaft sensor
P0237 Boost sensor
P1698 Some kind of manufacturer control code
P0216 Injector timing
P0380 Glowplug A malfunction
P0382 Glowplug B malfunction
Truck has dead pedal while driving.....usually in 3rd, 4th, and 5th gear while cruising. If you downshift it will quit doing it. Other than that it runs and starts fine.
Tach jumps around slightly at idle speed
Where do you suggest I start?

I'd replace the Crank Sensor for starters, then see what happens.
If it keeps kicking all the other codes, I'd try unhooking the Banks "Box" and see if it helps.
PS: Dodge/Cummins doesn't use glowplugs, we use an intake air heater.

0382 comes back as an EGR related code.

Checked LP pressure at fuel filter shrader fitting:
key on engine off......it spikes up slightly then bleeds off--is that normal?
engine running @ idle......15 psi
free rev it drops to around 10 psi
Cleared codes out and drove around today. Only code that keeps showing now is the P0216. All other codes are gone now. Let me guess.....VP44 time.

Have you tried disconnecting the Banks Box yet?
I had an EDGE box that went 'bad' and felt just like a pump on its last legs.
Disconnected the box, and it's been running great for a year.

You need to do more diagnosis before you throw a $1200 VP at it. Disconnect any aftermarket electronics & re-scan. One of the VP rebuilders has a write up on his take for diagnosis. Search & ye shall find.
