As in previous posts I read they made a dana 70/80 hybrid axle for the trucks with 5 and 6 spds. (wish I would've done my home work earlier) I recently bought a detriot locker for a dana 80 35 spline 3.54 gears and long behold it doesn't work. Only 4.11 and up. Now I understand using a detriot locker for a dana 70 and drilling out the ring gear holes works. Now my question is what dana 70 detriot locker do I get? Theres about 5 different types and I'd hate to get the wrong locker AGAIN. I f anybody would have the detriot part number I'd greatly appericate it and ANY help on this matter would be greatly appreicated! thanks!
