Bribing someone local to the truck is a good idea...too bad it's not near here or I'd check it.
I'm not too crazy about the after turbo pyrometer though. I'd rather get mine pre-turbo, off the historically hot port from #6 cylinder.

The truck is in Eugene, OR. My wife and I lived there from '99 to '02, so I had someone I knew go drive it. After all of that, I ended up passing on the truck. I did pick up a local 02 6-speed today. It's not perfect asthetically, but I got it for a good price.

I guess I should of asked where it was earlier. I live just under a hour south of Eugene Oregon. I go up there 2 times a month. I could of checked it out for you. good luck with the one you got.
