PCM trouble ?

PCM trouble ?
Was checking voltage on apps, and resetting. Once this was completed tranny would not shift into overdrive or lockup. Also it would shift from 1st to 3rd. I can manually shift to forth with my 3 to 4 switch, and do the same with the lockup switch. Since the pcm controls these shifts and lockup could there be something simple that I missed? If I damaged A circuit on the board is there someone that can fix this with out buying a 900.00 pcm from chrysler. Thanks for any help

From: North Carolina or Kentucky. Take your pick
I'd go back and undo whatever did on APPS. generally shorting will not kill a ECM which is directlly connected to APPS. Shorting to volatage is another matter. If you let smoke out of PCM or ECM it is bad news.
