P- Code Questions
Hey guys......... Well every two weeks or so my engine light comes on. And usually it'll only be P-0236, which is "super boost/ chk range". I'll clear it it everything will be fine. But yesterday the engine light came on and i had two codes. P-o236 and also P-0303. P-0303 is "cylinder 3 missfire". Does any one have any ideas what is causing that last code? Is it a fuel issue? Injector issue? Any help at all is much appreciated...... Thanks...... James

You know, it seems to be just fine. Idles smooth enough, but power is down to about stock. But I figured that was just 'cause there is a code set. I just erased that so the extra power should be back........

I can't comment on the 0303 DTC as I'm not aware how misfire detection functions with in the VP44.
The P0236 is "MAP Sensor Too High Too Long"....this is not the 0234 Overboost DTC that would suggest overfueling or wastegate malfunctions but rather a code referring to MAP sensor performance. It is most likely out of range and might need to be replaced.
