change two , number 5 piston gone , get to replace engine--what the heck this engine already has 80000 miles on it (yes, that is 5 zero's) as in eighty.

Sorry to hear about it. Make sure they change the thermostat, a bad one cost Haulin' in Dixie 2 motors.

you would not beleive the service record i have ammassed on this truck.
just before he left (couple weeks) a had a new thermostat and cooling system flush performed . not because it needed it but to include in my maintence record. change oil every 5,000 miles change tranny fluid every 15000 have replaced lift pump injector pump turbo asps sensor this list goes on and on.
i bought my first dodge truck in 1972 and have not driven anything but dodges since. the way i brag these things up i would nearly bet i have convinced more folks to buy dodges than all the salespeople in out local dodge dealership have.
can't beleive that with a new engine swap they do not include a decent warrenty !! will think hard and long before i purchase my next one.
