Oil coming out of blowby tube

Is this normal and how much should it be dripping if so. New to diesels.

It comes with a bottle for this reason but I take it someone took it off.

My truck has always dripped a bit. In the winter when it idles and since I have the hose routed to the front wheel well it will actually blow smoke rings..lol

Best thing to do is route it away from the engine and rad since it will pack the rad with crap over time.
