No Power HELP!!!!

This all started a few months ago when I had my power puck pluged in the truck would cut out once or twice when it was cold. When it warmed up it would run fine. Well the problem got worse and would cut out alot more untill warmed up. So I unpluged the puck and the problems went away.

Now a few months later I notice the truck would have a slightly miss while idleing after running it down the road. If I let set a few minutes it would level out and idle fine. So I didn't have fuel pressure gauge , so fearing the worst a threw a lift pump on it.Well it didn't help any.

So now a week later the truck has a noticeable lack of power, it doesn't idle as bad but runs like s***. I also threw a map sensor at it and it didn't help.

No codes what so ever. Two stealerships and a cummins dealer later and still no help, they say it runs fine to them
