need a pic of where to tie into the wastegate for boost controller
OK so i have a adjustable boost controller, and I want to install it on my stock turbo (I know I know) I have some extra fuel(edge ez) but have stock boost pressures. so my question is where do I tie in with both lines off the boost controller,
I was thinking to cut the metal line for the WG in half and put the hoses from the boost controller to both cut ends, does this sound right, as I dont want to cut anything without being sure.
if anyone has a pic or can tell me if this is the right area i'd appreciate it,
and yes I will be getting a bigger chip (adrenaline) and larger turbo eventually for this truck

I haven't heard about or seen it but I think about it.
I believe it'll work.
You'll have adjustable boost IF you have some sort of module that does boost fooling. Without boost fooling, the computer will defuel the injector pump when the MAP sensor sees 19psi regardless of your adjuster.

I take it you have an auto, with an hy35 if you are saying there is a metal line you are thinking of cutting. On the hy to gain more boost you use a turnbuckle or j-hook, the adjustable boost elbow is for the hx35. Do a search for j-hook

yeah I have an hy and I lost my boost elbow over the years, so i was thinking of cutting the metal line, I know it isn't the thing everyone would do, but I will do another turbo eventually, and I would like to see near 30 pSI now I see like 15-18, and yes I do have an edge ez with the boost fooling feature

Basic info that might be helpful;
The EZ does not add fuel. It changes the fuel map to allow fueling earlier, boost fools, and adds timing. Without other fueling, little will change from playing with the boost.
However, add some injector tips, and keep the EZ and wastegate mods will be worthwhile. Hy is good to about 30-32 psi before choke point, and smaller has it's benefits. FAAAST spoolup.
I'd sink some money into a Valve Body and Torque converter before fooling with a turbo. Those will be required long before you reach 30psi, anyway.
