Need to change lower Radiator hose 2002
Looks like a pretty simple job to do!! What is going to be the easiest way to refill and top off the coolant after the job is done??? Will taking the lower hose off drain quite a bit of coolant? How much should I have on hand??? Should I fill through the radiator or the overflow?? THanks!!

You'll lose pretty much all your coolant removing the lower hose.
Fill through the radiator cap, overflow is just for topping off.
You'll need as much on hand as the system holds, sorry I don't have that number off the top of my head, but I know it's a huge amount compared to any gassers your used to.

Ditto on the 5 gal bucket. You'll want AT LEAST two gallons of coolant and I prefer distilled water in my own rigs (at work we have RO water or "stop leak" from the hose on the wall).
