Mystery vacuum line.....
After dropping my trans to replace the clutch I failed to notice the vacuum had caught on the trans while I was raising the truck back up on the lift.... Found where to hook the one that controls the a/c doors, but cannot figure out what should hook into this one.
This is when your looking into the engine compartment along the drivers side of the block back by the lift pump. Green vac line with a rubber 90 that has an open female connection..... Help

I see one like that on my 99 plugged in right above the fuel filter back at the top of the fire wall where the wireing harness runs with the other vacume line is. My truck has a double male fitting there on the top ridge of the fire wall, one is capped and the other one looks like that plug. Looks like it would be 6"-8" directly above in your photograph

GSP my truck also has the double male fitting, one being capped the other came unplugged during the clutch swap fiasco. I plugged the one that I thought went back in there in. Without the line in that one, I had no a/c controls, with it in all was well. But I still have this one just floating out there by the LP not hooked to anything...
Would different pictures help?
