I just wanted the switch so that I can keep the trans cool while towing up hill... not to mention it has helped keep the stupid thing from cycling all the GD **** time!

Does a shift kit do anything to the valve body? Any drilling? Also, with this stock transmission and the mystery switch, can you lock it in 1st gear?
