I've had the same issues getting in and out of my driveway with both the Ram and my '67 W200. I didn't get stopped cold but sure slid all over the place with both of them. It was strictly a traction issue. We had about a foot of snow which got packed down pretty good. Then a bit of thawing and then some rain, more freezing and more rain again. Made it so slick I could barely get in and out of the driveway for a day or two on top of that packed stuff. You do know without some type of traction aid a 2x is only a 1 wheel drive and a 4x is really only a 2 wheel drive???
