Low oil pressure.

Low oil pressure.
I just installed my juice/attitude, before I had no gauges. After my truck warms up, I have 25-20psi. at idle, ....but, If I run down the interstate at 70 mph for a while, then let off the gas to exit, my oil pressure drops to 19-20psi. Could this be bad?
BTW, My truck is a 2000 with 90K mi., and runs perfect . Its been well maintained since new, and doesnt pull a whole lot. It is hot and humid here in Louisiana, and..Im due for an oil change. I run Delo 15w-40.
Thanks
Jordan

Only ten!
Then I guess Im real good. Does anyone concur? It builds lots of pressure as soon as you tap the throttle. Ill be changing the oil tommorow probably.
Should I use delo or rotella? Ive been running rotella in my ford.

Is that reading from the dash gauge, or from an auxiliary gauge that is mounted on a gauge pod???? I ask this because the stock in dash gauge is notoriously inacurate. It is however an indication of pressure or no pressure. To clear it up you could do a temporary install of a gauge for test purposes, and possibly stop the worry factor. Just my $.02.

Im reading the gauge on the attitude moniter, on my dash. The dash gauge reads fine. Also,.. when it hasnt been ran for a couple hours, it takes a good 5 sec. to build full pressure.
If I let it warm up in the drive (which I always do atleast for 10 min.), and drive a mile to the store it'll idle at 25-26psi. It only drops to 19-20 when Ive been driving for a while, like on the highway, exit and come to a stop.
And, its only dropping that low when its in gear, idleing. It I out it in park or neutral, the few extra rpm's kick it up to 24-25psi.

Can anyone with an oil preesure gauge post, what oil pressure you idle at?
Even if above 10psi, is in spec., this just seems low. I searched here for a whille, and from what Ive red it should be idleing at 25. And it does, ...but just not while its in gear, at a stop.

JohnCA58 is very knowledgeable about these engines - he works with them everyday. Dont know for sure but he may even work for Cummings . I would have confidence in his advice.
