I said in my post that the truck primes fine (about 18psi) pump runs like a champ. It is when i start the truck that the pressure drops to -7psi or so on my digital test gauge. Then the truck just dies in like 15 sec. And yes i have heard of FASS, but i chose to go with a Walbro.

So that tells you what? If your pump is running fine and then when you start the truck the pump doesn't run fine, you must need a new pump. Or you could have something hooked up wrong! Did you get the fuel and return lines switched? Other than that I don't know without looking it over myself.
