I was told that all I need is B&D turbo upgrade (Big single) I was also told to go twin turbo but would have to change to 5" exhaust.

Should prolly take this to the performance forum.

May be true if you're trying to keep up with the box. You didn't say how much boost you're pulling though.

Like everything else, it's all a system and the system needs to be designed to your application. Where are you trying to end up? Everything comes at a price. 100+ added hp's worth of fuel is going to require 100+ hp's worth of air.

A sig with your truck specs would help in answering future questions.

I would double check your Edge Juice sending unit with a known working mechanical gauge....i have seen the JWAM's read low under load when the pressure was actually ok. Although you are asking for trouble running a stock pump with a heavy fueling box like the Juice......so...keep that in mind.....

Help fellows, I am new to the diesel world. I am also having lift pump problems. I purchased a 2001 24v 2500 with 100,000 miles. Checked the fuel press and was around 5 psi. Replaced the pump and pressure jumped to 15 psi. Now after about 800 miles has dropped to 4 psi. What is the best way to fix lift pump problems?

I did a FASS lift pump replacement 3 yrs ago and have been very pleased with 14 psi at idle and 12 psi at WOT. Highly recommended.

My Glacier Diesel Performance (Walbro Pump) setup is still putting out 20psi @ idle and 17psi @ 2000 rpm.

OK, so I have a fass pump as you can see by my sig. Twice now I have had low fuel pressure. The pressure dropped from my normal of 14 to 17 down to like 3 to 4 lbs. Both times it happened in the winter while running winter diesel but is is not cold where I run. I added Howes to the fuel and it cleared right up. Go figure.

If you are using an isolator between your engine and fuel gauge, I would test using another gauge. Also, look at your fuel filter. Even with stock fuel pumps that are junk, they usually last more that 800 miles.
