loosing power when crusin or off the pedal
I have a 2002 dodge ram 5.9 turbo. It seems to act like theres no fuel at times. it will take right off if it acts up and i push down on the pedal. I dont know but seems like if it was a lift pump that would kill it. I do have a quadzilla chip and have not unhooked it yet to see if it could be the problem. any suggestions as to what or how to figure it out?

Do you have any codes??? look/search in the tech section, there should be a write up on how to perform this simple task.
My first thought is that you are experiencing the classic 'dead pedal'. More often than not, this leads to a replacement of the VP44... do you have a fuel pressure gauge?

Welcome to the dead pedal world. Plan on replacing the VP44 soon. You may go 100 miles, you may go 10,000. But EVERY story of complete VP failure ends with "and when it went, we were 500 miles from home...." $1000 for the part, 4 hours to replace.

Turn the key ON, OFF, ON, OFF, and the third time leave the key ON without starting. The codes will show up in the odometer window. If you see a P0216 start crying
