Its the extra fuel pressure, VP44's like volume not pressure. It will crank until the overflow valve relieves some pressure. It won't harm the VP at all, just wear out your starter a little faster.

ok , only seems to do it sometimes oh well as long as there isn't something wrong thanks

Mine starts right up when cold, but cranks a little more when warm for some reason. Its kinda scary when your used to it firing right up....but you'll get used to it.

yup I noticed that also starts faster cold, ran on the hwy today wot 10 lbs of fuel, 1000* on pyro, 22lbs boost hit 95 mph and had to let off for traffic seems to work great my buddie was behind me said I was pourin black out the stacks
