KDP on my 02'
I know this has been beat to death but my truck was manufactured in 06/02 and I still cannot find a definitive answer if my CTD has the new cover and/or if the KDP is an issue. Eric at Vulcan said it could be (Thanks for honest feedback!).
Funny thing is all the dealerships I called in Spokane, WA said "whut...huh....I never heard of that".

I've worked at the dodge dealer and a buddy is a super duper master dodge tech and said that problem ended before that. Mine is an 02' and asked him, been MANY years since the question was asked but I'm pretty sure it was resolved in 2000? I know the 02' was a no problem for sure.

I'll post it once again.
Guys, you have to check EVERY truck THROUGH 2002 to be sure! I can't believe there are still guys even questioning this one.
Here's a bill from my dad's truck. Built after my '02 and had the bad case.
