No..... not at all. What I'm saying is just make sure you supply the necessary fuel pressure and volume to your VP. However long it lasts can be dependent on many variables besides fuel pressure.
Understand that as much as we currently know about the VP, there's plenty we dont know. I could go on and on but just note that 5 psi is no good but.....starving the VP of fuel completely is the worst thing you can do to it. So dont EVER run out of fuel and try to keep no less than 1/4 tank of fuel in order to lessen the chances of an inaccurate fuel tank gauge and it also keeping the fuel temps down.

If you want to..... But just make sure you order from the right vendor as there's plenty places to buy a VP but only so many places who will sell you the one you "want".

I'm going to call Monday and ask them what would be the best for me. I don't want to burn out the pump and the truck has a chip so I was going to order one sooner or later why not now
