I have been using my Jacobs E-brake for several years with no problem. My problem now is I am always getting power on pin 20 on the ECM. The E-brake only shuts off when I turn off the switch because of this. Pin 20 on the ECM should only show power a couple seconds after releasing accelerator. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

it sounds like your ecm is not detecting low idle validation ( throttle released ) from the APPS circuit. You might want to take a run at it that way. Basically, it sees the apps low idle validation signal all the time, like the pedal is not moving from zero throttle. Could be a bad wire, or a bad sensor, or, in the worst case, a bad ecm. Lets not even think that way.
