its a leaker

hi i know its been awile but the truck has ben good up till now i have a coolent leak from the rear of the head there is a thin stream that leaks or squrts at the fire wall as soon as you start it up is there a feez plug in the rear of the head or will a head gaskit leak there

nope I had the same leak in november and it was my heater core..... you gotta pull the whole dash out and stuff to get to your heater core...... not a fun job

it looks like it is spraying from the head on to the fire wall

it is the littel freezplug at the back of the head on the passinger side i dont want to pull the head how in the heck am i going to change that

thanks RPegram i read that link VSDUDE SAID IT CAN BE DONE ill try it i think he said he pushed the old one in and and stuffed the new in behind it

He said to put a screw the center of the plug and work it out with a pair of vise grips.
