Installed Flex-a-lite fans.
Earlier this year I installed the flex-a- lite cooling fans and I'd have to say I'm a happy customer. I have not done any heavy towing but have moved many cubic yards of compost and mulch with no heat issues.
That being said I have my old fan assembly including the shroud just sitting here. The fan has been sitting upright the whole time it's been out of the truck. If there is someone in the Charlotte NC vicinity that would like them they are yours for the taking. Just PM me for the details of where to pick them up.

My advise is not to sell or even give it away. You may want them at a later date or sell the truck and the new owner may want them. And it wont be cheap to get all the necessary parts to put it back in stock condition either. The OEM engine fan set up is designed for pulling maximum GVWR and is capable of 10,000 CFM at 2000 RPM. Far more than any electric fan.
