Advance Auto Parts had Valvoline PB on sale for $1 off in our area this week.
I use the Valvoline 'cuz that's what Cummins uses from the factory.

I use Red Line 15w40 and have from 30,000 km to now at 197,000 km, I have made over 400 rwhp since 10,000 km, had the head off, internals look great in fact it looked like new. Valve guides good and and doesn't burn a drop of oil. I drop the oil every 15,000 km and replace oil filter every 5000 km.
There are many excellent oils available but as for myself I'll stick to Red Line.

I have used Rotella T forever with excellent results and my local Cummins dealer sells 20 L pails for the best price around - big savings over 1 gallon jugs.
