......that's kind of what was running through my mind when we had this discussion Cowboy (although I'm sure Travist meant "gear" not "pump"). The only ones I've tried to "re-seal" have been ones on my own stuff. At work I have to make a repair that will "satisfy" the customer and taking a chance on a seal kit increases the odds that I'll be doing it again for free, or getting someone mad because they have to buy a gear because the "repair" didn't work. The days of "trying" are far behind us.
