Thanks Jerry. I'm suprised the experts at Michelin didn't specify at what air pressure at 45 mph. That would make a difference in revs per mile by controlling how much the tire bulged, huh?
What got me started thinking about this is the listing above for the same sized BFG (285/75/16) at 2 revs per mile less. not a big difference but more, to my mind, than could be attributed to difference in tread design.
May not have beat this horse to death...but he is staggering!

I don't know about you, but my truck came with around 33 inch TIRES. It's the RIMS that are 16 inch.
