Do they have orings and did they replace them or reuse, also if they rolled one putting it in might cause leak, even a small blemish might cause leaks.

You don't have to pull the injectors to change these o-rings.
The o-rings everyone is speaking of are on the connector tubes, it goes from where the nut threads into the head into the injector in the middle of the valves. There's a little o-ring on them, most of the time you can just reuse them, but sometimes the get tore up. Cummin's would probably be the best place to get them.
Do you notice any of them leaking at idle? I've had them leak at the high pressure fitting and would only leak if you gave it some fuel. Loosening them up and retightening generally is the best way to seal the high pressure fitting.
There are o-rings on the injectors, but if they were leaking you would have fuel in the oil.

I'm unclear where it is leaking. IF where the hard line connects to the injector tube, pull and clean the tube ends ie with scotch brite or fine (1000 grit) sandpaper, install new Cummins O-ring on injector tube, reinstall. If it still leaks, loosen connection a little & re-seat.
I had this problem when installing my VP & that's what finally stopped the leak. Shop wanted to sell tubes at $24 each. O-rings are $1.79. Torq specs are ~ 24# but it took more to stop the leak.

Take the line off, make sure the tapered ends of the line and the connector tube and try it again. Won't cost you a dime, and will likely fix your issue.
