the only thing I saw is there isn't a kit yet for ABS trucks!!! Well I will get my fingers crossed because someone might be making one right now and I just have to find it! THks T

Can I ask why you took the short axle stub out? When I did hubs on my 2000 I took the big nut off and left the short axle stub in. The only difference I'm aware of is I have outboard rotors and the hub is offset differently to accept that.

Unfortunately, you are incorrect. Here is a link to the Dynatrac Kit....
http://www.dynatrac.com/products_freespin_dodge.html
And the EMS kit...
http://www.emsoffroad.com/products/hubconvert.htm
I will be doing one of these when I need to change my front hub......
For $995, you are only a few hundred more into it and the parts can be serviced and will last a lifetime...

Besides, EMS kit cost $ 1500, my original hubs went 200k miles, I can replace them one more time and still be ahead of it.

to get the rotor off of the hub you have to take the whole unit off of the axle, and press/punch each stud out, then press/hammer each stud back in the new rotor/old hub, I did this about 2 months ago, even called a wheel shop to see how they did it on these vehicles they told me the same thing, but as for your rotor being stuck on your axle, sounds like its probably never been taken off, there is a seal like thing between the spindle and hub, mine was stuck on from dirt/mud/ everything else in 120k miles, took a while to get off, if your replacing the whole thing get a bfh and have at it, if not, try to ease it off somehow, hope this helps.
is this only on 4x4s? i have a 2wd and im curious if its this involved for the front
