It's probably rolled off the boards by now. The components you need are available at home depot

1 4in to 2in rubber coupling (found in the plumbing dept, fernco is the brandname)
1 2 in pvc end cap
1 1/8 x close brass nipple
1 1/8 brass tee
1 0-40psi gauge
1 male air tool coupling

drill and tap the 2in end cap for 1/8npt threads. Using teflon tape as the sealer, thread the 1/8 brass nipple into one of the straight thru bosses of the brass tee, thread the male air tool coupler into the other straight thru boss of the brass tee. Thread the gauge into the remaining boss of the brass tee. Thread the whole assembly into the 2in pvc end cap. Insert the 2in pvc end cap into the 2in side of the rubber coupling and tighten the hose clamp. To use, remove the intake hose from the turbo. Install the 4in side of the rubber coupling onto the compressor housing of the turbo. Attach the male air tool coupler to compressed air regulated to 30psi. Use a squirt bottle full of soap bubbles to find intake system leaks. Caution: if you run to much air pressure or you don't secure the fitting to the turbo well enough you could have a blow out and injure yourself. Be careful.

On my tester I skipped the tee and just tapped two 1/4" ports in the cap, one for the gauge and one for the air fitting

All I did was used was 4x3" PVC, 4" end cap, 4" rubber cuppler, and male end. Glued the cap to one end of the pipe and used the coupler to connect to the turbo. Used the guage on the A pillar.
DO NOT GO OVER 10PSI. I did this and it poped of. Sounded like a shot gun.
