Why do you insist on Stainless?
Use a stock HX-35 exhaust flange (5-bolt peice as you call it), it already has a 3" V-clamp outlet on it. You can find an whole junk HX-35 in the freebies section of the classifieds, get it, use the part you need, and sell the rest, or put it back up on here for free.

Well I had the flange designed, put into CAD and cut on the waterjet. It's gorgeous 316SS. I'm likely going to be cutting 30 more of these in 304 stainless, as there is a market in the import industry with these turbos. Let me know if any of you guys are interested. I'll be posting pictures tonight.

Well good luck getting the bolts out of that when you need to take off te flange, matching SS with Mild Steel is a bad idea, your heat transfer characteristics are not as close as most people assume. Steel and Stainless don't expand at the same rate, and Stainless may seize if you use the wrong bolts, how did you have a flowjet cut the V-band groove?
