here's a good one
hey all I have the POS in my sig. which has a love hate relationship with me, on the way home the other night after running perfect (finally ) After I replaced the APPS with a known good one (used) anyways on the way home, it started kicking out of overdrive at first I thought the fluid level was low so I added some, that worked for like 5 min. so I drove home with that problem
the next day I tried to drive it my FP guage dropped to like 2 PSI and the truck wont go over like 16-17 mph w/o falling on its face, now the FP thing is always a concern more than pretty much anything, for obvious reasons, \
I just did a new lift pump last week, before the used apps unit,
I have read about a speed sensor, any thoughts? sorry for the long story but I wanted to cover everything

have you tried this:
https://www.atsdiesel.com/PDF/120505...%2047%20RE.pdf
or a noise filter? (old style ignition condenser works too)
is the fuel pressure gauge electric or mechanical, if electrical you will have to compare it against a mechanical one, if mechanical try replacing a fuel filter, one bad batch of fuel will plug a filter PDQ
