cut the steel line under the cab, mount the pump on the frame, use 3/8 fuel line to hook it up. now some use the stock pump wire to fire a relay to switch it, some have used a oil sending uint, BUT most just use a (key-on) hot wire and no relay to run it. I like to use the power window relay in the fuse panel on the side of the dash, and get the power before it goes though the relay . you will run about 20-25 psi, and shouldn't have hard starts, or any problems

to use 3/8 fittings you have to re thread the metric threads in the pump to npt, very easy... i have done several , a tap will be cheaper than buying metric hose barbs,

I've done the same thing. Just be sure to remove all metal shavings. I removed teh top of the pump and cleaning everything inside as well. Very easy.

Geno's garage has a relocation kit for under $100. I bought one an really like it. A little patience and you can do yourself.

My campaign pump crapped out and now using an Aeromotive AE11203. It idles at 16 psi, 12-14 at 65mph and never below 8 psi at WOT pulling 10K lbs

I use one on the veggie side as well. Really good pump for the money!
