Fuel Pump Circuit Test

I think my intank pump is dying or dead. I usually carry about 18lbs running twins and now it is down to about 11 or 12ilbs on the gauge. I disconnected my backup started the truck and no pressure. Before I drop the tank I just want to make sure it is the pump. Is there a breaker or fuse in this line to check? Thanks for any help.

I don't know the resistance spec across the pump leads but if you get 1 or 0, the circuit is open or dead short and the pump is junk.
