Fuel pressure max for VP44 injector pump

Fuel pressure max for VP44 injector pump
Got a Holly Red inline with the stock Carter lift pump. Now that the weather's warmer, the fuel pressure at idle is up to 21-23 psi. I'd heard that the VP44 injector pump is good to over 25 psi. True, or should I worry about it?

I know people run it higher than 25 psi, but I wouldn't. Your not gaining any extra power and your just putting undue stress on the pump and all of it's parts.
