Fuel Pressure =Zero!

Yea I Am Having Major Issues. My Fuel Pressure Is Between 0-4 psi Going Into My Injector Pump And My Truck Will Not Start The LP is Brand New. Could It Be Losing Pressure In The water Seporator Or Not. The VP44 has No Control Over Pressure Going. In Does It? I hope It Is Not Dead But I Don'y Know. Should The Truck Start With Out Any Fuel Pressure Or With That Low Of Fuel Pressure? Please Any Ideas!! Thanks

Did you crack the injection lines to make sure the air is getting out? Also that sounds low for a new lift pump. Make sure your not sucking air in on the lift pump inlet fitting.

I did that and know start and the lines are not spraying anything out. no fuel outof injector lines. With out fuel pressure would the VP44 still be able to suck fuel and spray out of those lines.

You need some fuel pressure at the vp44 inlet or at least you should have. If you have some inlet pressure and you are cranking it and nothing comes out you could have a dead vp44, or computer/wiring issues. Any codes? What is the history on the truck?

Are you using an electric fuel pressure guage, or perhaps a mechanical with an isolator?
