MPG shouldn't be that low. For the freebies, the max cold air pressure is a good thing. Saw 10% increase just doing that. I have an 03 2wd 2500 6spd, and I know about that shifting problem. I put a BD short shifter in place, now all I need is some way to move the stick closer to me ;-). Back to mpg, I went with ATF in the tranny for about 15000 miles, then back to 75W-90. Loosened up enough that my wife quit complaining (about that, at least ;-)). I run Rotella synthetic. I cut the entire bottom out of the stock air box, fitted same with a K&N. I got the front end aligned (which was way out, even though it never pulled). With just those changes, I could squeeze 24mpg on the hwy running 60 without the a/c. Then, the Banks kit went on, and if I can keep my foot outta it, I see 26mpg, yeah, laugh it up you unbelievers, that's at the pump and at my back pocket!

I too only get about 350 miles per tank, so watching this thread with great interest. I used to get 400 per tank, not sure when it changed exactly. I also have a new LP and IP in the truck, probably has 8k miles on the new IP.

I just filled up, and my mileage was 18.35 MPG with combined driving. Comp mostly set on 2, with some 3 and 5 settings.

My temp is 190 normal operating temp, with it going to 200 empty up hills. I relocated my blowby tube, but will try and wash the rad and cooler out.
